Ineptitude and Governor Malloy

This recent failing of our governor to realistically project revenue is disappointing. Why can we not expect a good measure of fiscal insight in our leaders? Why do we settle year after year for this bumbling half baked method of budget making? Come election time we owe ourselves to rid ourselves of inept people like Mr. Mallooy and seek out people better suited to the job
