“The generosity of our patrons and donors has allowed us to make numerous donations to the Enfield Food Shelf and 5 Corner Cupboard,” states thrift store Manager Marisol Suarez. “Helping the community has been one of our priorities since we opened in 2007,” she adds.
On Wednesday, Oct. 30, shoppers and donors who bring canned and non-perishable food will receive a dollar-off thrift store coupon for each item. For grocery gift cards or cash, donors will receive coupons of equal value.
Coupons will only be available and redeemable on the 30th. Wednesday’s 10 percent senior discount will be in effect as well.
Allied’s Attic is open Mon. – Fri. from 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Thursdays until 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Donation hours are Mon. – Fri. from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
