Sept. 19

Richard A. Johnson, 19, of 62 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree breach of peace and 2nd-degree strangulation, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Spring St., 2:08 a.m.

Robert G. O'Brien, 24, of 62 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Spring St., 2:08 a.m.

Nakia Vaughn, 37, of 1 Glenwood St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2012 warrant, 6:50 a.m.

Kevin J. Bailey, 28, of 494 Rainbow Rd., Windsor, was charged with violation of probation and failure to respond to a payable violation, on a pair of out-of-town warrants, 10:14 a.m.

Marie P. Kiernan, 29, of 148 Governor St., New Britain, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Kohl's on Elm St., 11:13 a.m.

William J. Riley, 36, of 346 Lebanon Ave., Colchester, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a narcotics violation on Pearl and High Sts., 6:13 p.m.

Sept. 20

Michael A. McNeil, 31, of 72 Tariff St., Enfield, waas charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and assault on public safety/emergency medical personnel, in connection with a criminal call on Tariff St., 9:14 p.m.
