Brian G. Gross, 30, of 49 Anthony St., Agawam, MA, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Hazard Ave. and Palomba Dr., 2:36 a.m.

Vanessa M. Ware, 25, of 182 Pinney St., Ellington, was charged with evading responsibility, reckless driving, operating under suspension and failure to obey traffic control signals, on a 2012 warrant, 5:00 a.m.

Eileen R. Merrill, 58, of no certain address, was charged with 1st-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a disorderly conduct call at Friendly's on Elm St., 7:56 a.m.

Roger E. Bolduc, 50, of 37 Timothy Cir., Springfield, MA, was charged with 2nd-degre failure to appear, on a 2012 warrant, 11:25 a.m.

Kevin R. Bayer, 48, of 19 Carriage Crossing Rd., Middletown, was charged on an out-of-town warrant, 12:20 p.m.

Nov. 6

Emile W. Lessard, 21, of 64 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Green Valley Dr., 12:54 a.m.

Jessica A. Levin, 23, of 64 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Green Valley Dr., 12:54 a.m.
