July 6

Michael G. Hart, 41, of 50 Hassmar Rd., Enfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, on a 2012 warrant, 10:00 p.m.

Grace A. Hart, 36, of 50 Hassmar Rd., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, in connection with a criminal call on Hassmar Rd., 10:11 p.m.

July 7

Siera I. Dudley, 20, of 120 Sargent St., Hartford, was charged with 2nd-degree forgery and 6th-degree larceny, on a 2010 warrant, 5:45 p.m.

Elizabeth A. Reade, 21, of 22 Coldspring Rd., Avon, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, assault on public safety/EMS personnel and 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with a criminal call on Asnuntuck St. and Cottage Green, 9:22 p.m.

Thomas K. Higgins, 25, of 10 Laurel Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of narcotics, in connection with a narcotics violation on Elm St. and D'Annunzio Ave., 10:25 p.m.

Ricardo Torres, 40, of 23 Suffield St., Agawam, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Enfield and North Main Sts., 10:47 p.m.

David Moulton, 37, of 333 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Town Green on Enfield St., 10:50 p.m.

Suzanne Spencer, 32, of 333 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Town Green on Enfield St., 10:50 p.m.

Daniel J. Cassidy, 23, of 92 Halladay Dr., Feeding Hills, MA, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Enfield St., 11:48 p.m.

July 8

Christopher E. Graves, 31, of 169 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 2nd-degree threatening, 1st-degree reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit and illegal discharge of a firearm, in connection with a criminal call on Prospect St., 11:26 p.m., July 7.

David A. Foy, 45, of 544 Tolland St., East Hartford, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Church St., 2:25 a.m.

Mark J. Griffin, 41, of 10 Becker Pl., Rockville, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Church St., 2:25 a.m.

Derek C. Schillinger, 39, of 16 Woodward Ave., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Burns Ave., 4:41 p.m.

Michael A. McCaffrey, 49, of 75 Leyfred Terr., Springfield, MA, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with a criminal call on Enfield and High Sts., 4:55 p.m.

Daniel K. Ritter, 20, of 16 Crosby St., East Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics, in connection with a narcotics violation on Alden and Bigelow Aves., 7:06 p.m.

Kevin M. Ryan, 35, of 116 Sheridan Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Hazard Ave. and Elm St., 7:49 p.m.

Ryan M. Mascaro, 31, of 7 Sidor Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under suspension and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, in connection with a traffic violation on Enfield St. and Fairview Ave., 8:16 p.m.

John M. Theriault, 23, of 1 Schuarda Ct., Staffordville, was charged with interfering with an officer and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a criminal call at the Higgins Skate Park on North Main St., 10:45 p.m.
