Enfield Police Blotter: Jan. 30-31

The following public information from the Enfield Police Department is accurate as of Feb. 1, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions. It is not the policy of Enfield Patch to omit any misdemeanors or felonies from this log.

 

Jan. 30

Anthony J. Rizzo, 27, of 11 Shore Rd., Southwick, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a criminal trespass call at Hallmark on Bacon Rd., 2:38 p.m.

Fosie P. Cauley, 21, of 783 Mather St., Suffield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Spring St., 5:46 p.m.

Tyler F. Brodeur, 20, of 23 Bess Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, 3rd-degree assault, 1st-degree criminal trespass and violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Bess Rd., 5:40 p.m.

Michelle J. Merrill, 39, of 93 1/2 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree burglary and 3rd-degree larceny, on a 2011 warrant, 7:16 p.m.

Anne-Marie Moschetti, 48, of E-9 Enfield Terr. Ext., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, in connection with a criminal call on Enfield Terr. Ext., 8:29 p.m.

Jan. 31

Christopher R. Husbands, 28, of 7 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with sale of certain illegal drugs, possession of a hallucinogen/greater than four ounces of marijuana, possession of drugs near a school/daycare and littering, in connection with a traffic violation on Spier Ave., 11:41 p.m.

Jeffrey A. McGregor, 24, of 49 Charles St., Ludlow, MA, was charged with criminal attempt to possess narcotics, obtaining a controlled drug via forged prescription and 2nd-degree forgery, on a 2011 warrant, 10:30 a.m.

Mark D. Cohen, 48, of 108 Main St., Apt. K, Broad Brook, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Guild St., 8:07 p.m.

Brian G. Harnedy II, 28, of 414 Thompsonville Rd., Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey traffic control signals and unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle, in connection with a DUI call at McDonald's on Hazard Ave., 8:13 p.m.

WOW! So sad to see so much crime all over. Don't know why? Statistics claim crime has dropped nooooo!! It hasn't. Sure seems worse,protect your children out there people!! =)
