Feb. 3
Giacchino C. Decaro, 44, of 120 Dearborn St., East Longmeadow, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Prior Rd., 2:17 a.m.
Anthony M. Nelson, 24, of 266 Main St., Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of probation, on a 2009 warrant, 8:00 a.m.
Tyrone A. Mitchell, 43, of 84 South Rd., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, on a 2012 warrant, 1:30 p.m.
Jeffrey D. Twining, 34, of 83 Lake Rd., Enfield, was charged with criminal attempt to commit 5th-degree larceny and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2011 warrant, 4:45 p.m.
Feb. 4
Rosemary Jones, 50, of 135 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Macy's on Elm St., 5:33 p.m.
Michael R. Richardson, 18, of 2 Standish St., Enfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call on Abbe and Neelans Rds., 10:44 p.m.
Feb. 5
Luis E. Ortiz-Ushpa, 22, of 27 Cottage St., Bristol, was charged with interfering with an officer, failure to use turn signal, reckless driving and operating without a license, in connection with a DUI call on King St., 2:12 a.m.
Blaise Brescia, 36, of 386 Linnmoore St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, in connection with a DUI call on Hazard Ave., 3:10 a.m.
Brenton A. Provencher, 26, of 120 Franconia Cir., East Longmeadow, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Costco on Freshwater Blvd., 3:05 p.m.
Darrel P. Lamson, 31, of 18 Sokol Rd., Somers, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, on a 2012 warrant, 4:20 p.m.
Charles M. Martin, 41, of 172 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear (three counts), on a 2007 warrant and a pair of out-of-town warrants, 5:30 p.m.
