Andrew P. Phillips, 47, of 172 Prospect Hill Rd., East Windsor, was charged with violation of probation, 2nd-degree failure to appear and on an out-of-town warrant, on three out-of-town warrants, 2:51 p.m.

Kyle P. Murphy, 26, of 20 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on an out-of-town warrant, 3:43 p.m.

Arvind Persaud, 33, of 1004 Meadowview Dr., East Windsor, was charged with issuing a bad check, on a 2011 warrant, 6:00 p.m.

Richard J. Vannucci, 36, of 900 Bailey Rd.., Franklin, NC, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, 2nd-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree threatening, in connection with a criminal call at the Holiday Inn on Brightmeadow Blvd., 7:58 p.m.

Phuong Nguyen, 45, of 3 Pine Dr., Windsor Locks, was charged with 5th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Macy's on Elm St., 10:05 p.m.
